Parks I visited in 2005
61 with an asterisk!
I attended games at the parks of the following Major League, Minor League
and college teams in 2005. I made it to 61* parks (I'm using the asterisk because one of the games was a World Series contest -- and because the number 61 is often accompanied by an asterisk in baseball circles!!).
I started recording the
games at college and independent-league parks in 2003, and I've decided to keep up that practice from now on.
Along the way, I created a spreadsheet that you can use to tally up how many parks you've visited, since it lists all of the big-league and affiliated minor-league teams. If you'd like for me to send it to you free of charge, send an e-mail to the following address (I'm not stringing it all together to prevent those no-good, worthless spammers from stealing it and sending me hundreds of garbage messages): "joemock" then the "at" sign (you know, a "@") then "baseballparks.com". In the subject line simply put "Scoresheet for counting ballparks."
All the parks I've ever seen are on this page. Note that I typically wait until after a season is over before I attempt to update it.
If the name of the park is a link, then clicking on it will take you to the in-depth review (done this year) of this stadium. I do this for all newly opened pro ballparks.
So here's the list. For your information, the year the stadium opened
(if known) is shown in parenthesis. If there's an asterisk, that means it's my first time attending a game in this park (and nothing is more fun for me than that!):
