Ten baseball parks you simply must visit

If this doesn't spark some controversy, nothing will!  BASEBALLPARKS.COM decided to compile a list of the ten baseball parks that every fan simply must see.  This was a lot more difficult than it sounds . . . not because there are so few parks that deserve to be seen, but because there are so many!

Just because a park didn't make this list, it doesn't mean that the design, view or fans are inferior.  No, the ballparks on this list have one or more characteristics that you just won't find elsewhere.

So click on the name of the park on the map above that you want to learn more about.  I'll do my best to convince you why it made the list, as well as let you know where it is located and something about the special events which have taken place there.

I really agonized over this list, meaning there were quite a few parks that almost made the Top Ten.  These parks deserve to be recognized, so click here to see which stadiums made our second ten.

Of course, you will no doubt have your own ideas about which parks every fan simply must visit.  So whether you agree or disagree with this list, write us with your Top Ten -- or just to nominate another one or two parks you think should be on the list.  Please include "Must See" in the subject line of your e-mail.  Click here to see our special page with input from our visitors.

Of course, I reserve the right to revise the Top Ten list at any time . . .
